Steps to setup https distribution point that uses "Certificate Authentication is Required" option?

It's not a process that seems to be documented anywhere. Since I'm a Mac server guy will little Linux experience, it would be great to get steps that are focused on hosting the Distro point on the Mac (10.7 or 10.8 server). Can anyone point me in the right direction?
