This term, I noticed that our supervised devices, wont unlock even when the ipad is ping-able, by adding in a direct network connection, using a usb ethernet adapter, usb to lightening adapter and hub... to direct network it.
It also wont allow apple config to remove the passcode / supervision either.
Has any one else had problems here lately? I suspect its been due to IOS 10.3+ but I havent tried with some of our older iOS's yet because it could potentially put the end users data at risk, so I'm stil waiting to come across an older device with the issue.
