The Genius of your own Coporate Genius bar video

Has anyone seen the video of the The Genius of your own Coporate Genius bar video? The software being used by Chris Slagle is that JAMF software? if so what part . You'll notice the interface allows users to set-up appointments eservations just as if you were on the Apple site. Also you notice that Bill Millers states we'll call it "Genius Bar" because its familiar. So is nationwide actually using the name Nationwide Genius bar?

It looks like a custom web service of some kind. Possible created in-house, or adapted from an off-the-shelf product, but its not something JAMF offer AFAIK.

good vid/talk thanks for sharing. I sent it on to my direct management...I like the ideas they posted. A lot of the challenges they faced are something we face on a daily basis - from management's "it's too expensive" to support issues.

I would like to hear how some people have addressed the cost perspectives in a talk sometime as it's something I struggle with frequently.

This peeked my interest so I did some digging. They're using MuraCMS which is obviously heavily customized for the needs they have, but the CMS is FOSS in case you want to play around with it. He mentions this right around the 41 minute mark of the video stating they outsourced the development with Blue River.

It's a very interesting model and one I'd like to slowly implement. The biggest part would be the education piece. Many of our users even though they've been using Macs and iOS devices for more than 3-4 years are still relative newbies. It's generally staff that have the hardest time but our students surprisingly struggle with it sometimes as well.
