This issue started with ether 11.4 or 11.4.1 and is problematic:
Previously if an Apple TV was in use and a different person wanted to take over the screen, they could do so by simply choosing the AppleTV and entering the displayed passcode. At some point, it became necessary for the first user to click "Stop Mirroring" before the AppleTV would become available for another device to claim.
We’d prefer for people to not have to click Stop Mirroring, they haven’t had to in the past. This causes frequent problems in our classrooms.
Has anyone found a way to restore the previous, simpler behavior?
