Unable to Lock Device

Strange issue that I'm seeing and unable to figure out why. We are trying to lock a device that potentially may have been stolen. It still checks in regularly and Inventory is updated as well but when we try to push the lock command, it fails saying: The device token is not active for the specified topic. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you :D

I would suggest reaching out to Apple. You may not have the correct management over the device to issue a lock command. Apple is very picky about how device are enrolled and supervised and that determine if Apple sees the device as personal owned or organizationally owned. If Apple sees this as a personally owned device, odds are you cant issue the lock command.

topic errors are linked to the APNs token not matching what is present on the device.  If at any time you renewed the token with a new/different AppleID or the device was offline for a period of time and it was renewed, the token would no longer match what is being used and throw that error.  So if it's checking in and reporting inventory, you could still execute scripts against the computer to get its location and file a police report with all the information you have about the device.  likewise, you could also execute a script against the machine to wipe it completely as well....

Disculpen, alguien sabe por qué al enviar el comando de 'Actualizar inventario' sale un error en el comando que dice: The device token is not active for the specified topic.
No me deja gestionar el dispositivo y la única solución que he encontrado es formatearlo.
