You should upload your package to the Jamf Pro Server first either using the web interface or Jamf Admin. Once the package has been uploaded you can use Jamf Admin to replicate to your SMB Shares.
Alternatively if you only have this one SMB Share you still need to create the package in the JSS Use Settings -> Packages and create a new package make sure the Package name matches what you uploaded to the SMB share and once that is complete you could deploy it.
