USB To Network Folder

Hi Everyone, does anybody/have or know of a script that would copy any files saved on a flash drive to a network folder? Some users like to save on flash drives but, we would like it to "backup" to there network folder.

Are these shared devices or one-to-one assigned?

If it's the latter, I'd probably go for an off the shelf backup product.
