Having an issue with one user not being able to enrol their iPad via our Jamf URL. Upon logging in with their credentials they receives a screen simply saying "Disabled"
They are in a group that allows self enrolment of devices and other people in the same group are not having issues, it's just this one device. Our user accounts are from an AD domain and again no other user has run into this issue.
No other profiles are currently on the iPad. We are running on on site instance of the latest version of Jamf Pro

Have you tried their credentials with another iPad?

Have tried with another iPad and his credentials worked fine, it's just the one iPad doing it.
I've asked them to wipe it and I'll try again tomorrow.
