Wifi Dual authentication

I am trying to achieve dual authentication for wifi connection.
One is AD user name and password another is certificate based authentication from root server.

TTLS-PEAP (MSCHAPv2) by chance? If so, I will be looking to do similar shortly.

If there is a way to pass the AD User name & Password for Wireless authentication - not 802.1x - I am very interested.
