I am looking into adding Jamf Protect to our suit of services but I am getting some push back from our system admin wanting to use Defender. Outside of same day support (which Defender can't offer), is there a list of threats and other benefits that anyone has compiled between the two so that I have some more ammunition in my inventory when this discussion comes up again as I try to move forward with this project?

I suggest to reach out to your Jamf account manager to start the conversation and request a demo from one of the System Engineers.
The account managers are also able to bring you in contact with Jamf Heroes or existing customers if a reference call is needed.
