Bring back Jamf teacher WebApp / device independed control

With the loss of the Teacher WebApp, 50% of our teachers can't control our student devices. This is a really big problem!

We need a device-independent control for teachers! So please bring back the Teacher WebApp.

You probably want to submit an idea for this if it was an intended change Jamf made.
