Having already spoken to 2 advisors on the support chat and they told me that the Customer Success team would be in touch regarding the payment declined for the Jamf200 course that I'd like to undertake in March in Hong Kong. Unfortunately no one has gotten back to me in the last 2 weeks and also I am unable to create a support ticket because an 404 error page turns up when I click on it. Is anyone else having trouble trying to sign-up to this session and can someone please help?
