End photos via email on iPad

Hi there. I am fairly new to Jamf and have been handed control of a school who is already setup.

I have a teacher who wants students to take a photo on the ipad and then be able to open gallery, select the photo and email it to themselves. But there is no email listed when they try to share the photo. Does anyone know where to allow this in the dashboard?

Do you have any restrictions in place on the share menu via Configuration Profile? Assuming the students have email accounts setup also.

The students have email setup and I have created an account with SMTP outgoing. 

My apologies, but I am unsure where to find the share menu.
