How can we apply a single wallpaper on the login screen on public computers through Jamf?

You can use a configuration profile. If you have a specific wallpaper, package it and push to your endpoints. Then use a configuration profile.

Does this override the Lock Screen now? We have been on Jamf Connect so long that I have not checked in years. Legitimately wondering lol.
