First time poster, new-ish to the jamf Nation. I'm here as I'm looking for a way to essentially completely disable/prevent my users from using their devices (iPads + MacBooks) until we are back from breakin January. iPads are iOS 14 and MacBooks are Mojave 10.14.6 and we are using Jamf School.
For MacBook, I thought setting an EFI password would put a password on startup that would need to be entered before it would get to the login screen but i'm guessing that's not what it does. I then thought I could make a profile with Parental Controls and enable Time Limit - Curfew but I seemed to be able to use the device I deployed it to without fail during the curfew window.
As for iPad, I thought I could set a passcode for my devices but don't see an option for that. I then thought I could just enable Lost Mode which locks the device but I don't see a way to do this in bulk.
Any suggestions?
