Hi Sorry if this has been answered before but I can't find anything.
We've just deployed iPads for the first time and are randomly getting the message The connection to iCloud timed out. And it is signing the users out. Can anyone advise what might be causing this and how to fix?

I have never seen this before, have you reached out to Apple for assistance yet?
Suggestion, obfuscate usernames, especally if they are children before uploading. Your image has 2 people’s names, and a kids face in full view. PII is a thing, let’s keep our children unnecessarily safe.

Thanks AJPinto, Didn't even notice that. So focused on the error message. Any idea how I delete the attachments or post?

Reach out to one of the Jamf Account reps, or open a ticket in support.jamf.com and they will get it to the reps. They should be able to modify the post.
