SHI International Corp. is currently seeking a full-time Mac Service Technician to report to Framingham, MA 4 days a week, providing some flexibility for working remotely. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
The MAC Service Technician can expect repair tickets to be assigned daily and will assure the performance, integrity, and quality of equipment using JAMF Pro, AppleScript, and other 3rd party applications as necessary.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years’ experience in the IT Industry
- Experience installing, configuring and supporting Macintosh OS
