version 10.15.1 I had a situation Friday where I had to put an iPad in
Enable Lost Mode. I have played with this before, with iOS 12, and Mac
10.14.x last year. Turn it on, turn it off...
As soon as I upgraded to 10.15, I noticed that some items in the dock of
the upgrade computers, had question marks instead of the App. No amount
of diddling on the Jamf side, fixes this. The app does live on the
computer...but something is broken. Ja...
I would like to know what Jamf will do to fight their "friend"
microsoft, which is going around school boards advertising a free mdm. I
know of 2 major school boards in my city that have either dropped Jamf,
or refused to use Jamf, because InTune is ...
Before I make my first ever post, I checked to see if anyone else has
posted this. I did not see anything. Hopefully I searched correctly. I
can add printers to my Macs, using the Terminal command line, or create
a script in Jamf to add the printers....
Always good to have 2 browsers on a device/computer. Somethings will
work better in one browser over an another. Then the next day, you come
across another situation, where everything is reversed. Now the other
browser works best in this instance.
aquanex2 all under one Apple ID, will create new problems for you... ie,
when they take pictures, all the pictures of all the users will be in
one big pile. Having individual apple ids, in the long run..is best.
Here is my experience. With the one school board I work my day job, all
my iPads (most, some too old) are now on 13.3.1. The Shared iPads were
set to 6 users originally on iOS 12. Moving to 13.3.1, all is well. An

connected to Jamf after you wipe them, its more a matter of in Apple
School Manager, or Apple Business Manager, which is part of DEP, (Device
