Finally got Big Sur to install onto my test machines using the following
execute command: softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer
--full-installer-version 11.4 Any ideas on how to get this to install
automatically without any user interaction?
The key fix for me was unchecking "require authentication" under
Internal Disks, external disks and disk images. After be sure to restart
your computer.

like the file path I added in for our company's logo once I added file
:// in front of the file path it worked like a charm.Thanks!
