Not sure if this is linked but we have had an issue where patch policies are scoped to a smart group but even when the deadline to update is hit and has passed the applications don't force the update.

Hello, Has anyone found a resolution to this. I am really struggling to support remote users as all I see is a grey screen. But can't really give the end user Admin permissions to allow access. Would be great if we could do this through JAMF.
