I seem to have cleared up the issue. We deploy the same config profile
every time we renew, just containin the new cert in the payload. I did a
cert swap with affected users, and that seems to have cleared up the
authn issues for now
Jamf support didn't have an answer when i raised the issue either. They
want me to turn on authenticated restart for all my jamf policies that
have restart options configured. @fredrik.virding I'll try to move all
my m1s to 11.4 and hope that works
