For this client, this is with Jamf Cloud. So I had no access to the DB.
The client has also now migrated to Kandji... So I guess that is one way
to get around the error

A bit of a late reply... In case anyone else is running into this issue,
running the following command locally on the machine sorted things out:
Sudo jamf enroll -prompt
