Box Sync running script

I need a script to check that Box Sync is running in the background. I have tried adding a few as extension attributes but they don't seem to work. I just need a report to see if the process is actually running or not. Any ideas?

Not getting banner notifications from Self Service

When I send out a message to Self Service they only appear within the app. I don't get a badge notification or a notification on the screen. I have a push proxy in place.

Remove built-in apps

How do I remove pre-loaded apps from an iPad? Our iPads come pre-loaded with Pages, Keynote etc which we will not be using. Is there a way to remove them using the JSS?

We have 2 VPP accounts at the moment, one of which is assigned to another MDM and I have the option to reclaim the token for that account. I would like to delete that account. What sort of effect would that have? Will it remove any of the apps from t...
