nothing changed unfortunately.I grabbed another computer from the lab
just in case this one is jinxed lol. But nothing happens with this one

Ok so I found the problem. It was a Configuration Profile in Jamf. Login
Window Profile->Access->Local-Only users may login. Once I put a check
mark in that box, I was able to login with the Local Standard Student
