Hi there, I have made an institutional keychain but can't seem to upload it to my JSS. I am either not sure where to upload the certificate so that it shows up as a choice or perhaps I need to enable a permission to do so. ThanksAnne

Thanks. I can turn off access to mission control - but that only limits hot corners. it doesn't block the creation of multiple desktops.

Thanks! I pushed the script out, then nothing happened for a few days. Then all of a sudden, it was there. I was tracking it and had my local PD call the PD where the laptop was (1/2 way across the continent) and they picked it up at a McDonalds. End...

Hi there, I am really interested in the Prey app. I have a stolen laptop and did successfully install using the scripts. But I can't seem to add the stolen computer to my Prey account. How is that done? Thanks....

I am having a similar problem. I have about 10 out of 600+ computers that are in ARD, and authenticated... but when I try to view remotely, they say they are not authenticated. Each of these computers show that I am not allowed to run reports on them...
