machines going from v16.11 --> v16.13 or from v16.12 --> v16.13? (i.e.
the v16.12 --> v16.13 machines had not been rolled back to 16.11

I'm a Global Mac admin setting up a managed architecture in, what else, a predominately Windows environment. I am enjoying what seems to be a strong community of Mac/JAMF admins, and learning more about what it means to manage macs well.
