We use Barracuda. It works fairly well, I just want to know what else I should review before the next school year. I'll take that as a warning to stay away from Lightspeed.

dmitchell, That is done by deploying a configuration profile with the "Web Clips" section configured. If you are using application restrictions, make sure "com.apple.webapp" is on the allowed list.
