When enrolling a device through the JSS prestage enrollment I come to the step to enter the student's apple id and I am receiving this message: “Could Not Sign In There was a problem connecting to the server.”
I have one ipad 4 on current ios. It does not have Airplay anymore. Does anyone know how to get it back? This iPad is not supervised by JSS. Thank you!
