@Hernandez What version are you on? My patch management issues have cleared up since upgrading my environment to 10.8. I have seen the interface take a minute or 2 to properly display the scoped machines but it's pretty reliable at this point.

Creating new Policies now yields no machines in scope, even if I clone a previous policy that is currently showing machines in scope. This seems to be a pretty serious bug.
