Believe this is PI119894. Talk to Jamf Support yet?

Two things to confirm:

1. After adding via Configurator, the device has been assigned to the Jamf MDM server in Apple Business Manager?
(this doesn't always happen automatically)

2. The device appears in Jamf Pro and has been added to an appropriate Prestage Enrollment?
(Without being in a Prestage Enrollment group the device won't automatically enrol, even if pointed at Jamf from Apple Business Manager)
