Apple Classroom - Students Stuck in "Authorizing"

We have recently trialed using Classroom & Classwork (schoolwork in the US) on our student iPad fleet but are having issues with students being stuck in "Authorising" on the teacher iPad in the Classroom app.

I thought that it may be an issue with the student a teacher profiles we use, but I have made sure that all the toggles for auto prompting have been set to allow in the configuration profiles.

Classroom to perform AirPlay and screen observation without prompting - Allow
Classroom can lock student devices or apps without prompting - Allow
Automatically join Classroom classes without prompting - Enforce

The strange thing about this is that it is not consistent across teacher devices. We ran up and identical iPad for one teacher as a test, same teacher, same config profiles, same students and class. Yet one iPad has no students working and the other only 4 worked out of the whole class.

All Students have the same profile as well, so I am baffled why two otherwise identical iPads would show different results. Any help in figuring this one out would be appreciated.

Some Background:
Jamf Pro version 10.23.0
Classroom App version 3.2
iPadOS Versions 13.5 . 13.7

For Information's Sake, and if anyone else come across this issue it has now been resolved.

It seems that Classroom/Classwork was not Synchronizing correctly because Students had been signed into Managed Apple ID's on their iPads before we had Classroom and Classwork configured. For optimal results, Classroom & Classwork needs to be enabled on the Managed Apple ID's BEFORE the students have signed in on the iPads in order for it to work correctly. It will not Sync correctly if it was added after the fact.

To resolve this we just had to manually sign each student out of iCloud, remove any residual unmanaged classes that were present on their iPads and then sign them back in. Once they were signed in everything worked as expected.

Not to wake an old post, but how have you found this for 1:1 iPad's that a student takes with them through 3 or so years. We have new teachers each year as they progress the new teacher creates a class containing the students but are finding that the students EVERY YEAR are having to log out, and the log back in for classroom to work for the year. Thats really painful for our younger years (e.g. years 1-4)
