Yes.
Set the site to None so that it applies to all Sites in your JSS.
If you have say 5 sites on your JSS and this profile should only apply to say 2 or 3 of them you can then use ‘limitations’ under the scope tab to limit this policy to just running on specific network subnets that you have in your JSS.
That’s one way you can acheive it but there are others as well such as scoping to smart groups for each site etc but then that means creating groups for each site (if you’ve not already).
