is there a way to determine what server/distribution point a machine will pull from? We have it scoped in the IP ranges and stuff, but we still have machines pulling from different locations as the primary server.
You can override the DPs in policies (when adding packages), with auto-run data and via network segments. If none are defined, it would probably go to the master DP.
@davidacland yeah, I have it set to each locations default dp. I've seen it on machines all over defaulting to the wrong DP. I can hard set it, which works, but then all machines that run the policy now come off that one location...
