FLASH via Safair 12 macoS mojave ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist no longer?

Expanding on our own MDM management settings, I was beginning to investigate the ability to auto turn on flash after it was distributed, only to find the ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist is no longer available.
Presumably as it opened up a security flaw for attack.

Has anyone begun to venture down this rabbit hole for Safari 12... macOS Mojave?

im going to test with composer to see if I can snapshot to see where the change occurs.

Try ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.Safari/Data/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Safari.plist

Cheers... unsure why in textedit it is showing up with a lot of special characters, among the coding, but... its a start.
