So we do a fresh install of Mojave then enroll into Jamf, the policy that runs Filvault brakes the computer, it just freezes up, the only fix is to reinstall OSX. Anyone have any ideas?

So is the Filevault installed last? I would make it smartgroup dependent so it installs once the other policys are done.

What is in your filevault policy? What make/model are these?
I've not heard of any of these issues, and haven't seen this reported on macadmins slack either.

There were issue with X.14.0 and X.14.1 depending on how and when you enable FV ... my issue was fixed with 10.14.1 but I have read here that there were different issues with X.14.1 so you have to use X.14.2 for sure...and I'm not sure that the X.14.1 issues were resolved as I didn't see them in my enable process..

Only time I've seen this was when we still imaged Mac's and the original admin account was hidden (and therefore didn't get a securetoken).

Hello everyone.
Thank you for responding to my Post.
So I found that we had a policy and a config profile trying to do the same thing (Filevault & Escrow Key).
This would cause the computer to freeze up of course.
I think we have this resolved.
Thank you again.
