I am wondering is it possible to run the earseinstall policy remotely by Jamf pro while it is in recovery mode? For example, the user is using the device in his home, and the device crash and can not open normally, he can only open the device in recovery mode. Is it possible to deploy the eraseinstall policy to this device? I have tried but it seems like jamf is not able to connect to the device in recovery mode.

If the user can get into recovery mode, then you can guide the user to format the drive and re-install the OS. Just make sure it's connected to the internet before wiping the drive. Why waste time trying to figure this out when this is the easier approach.

@user-OGdFPhaEZc In a word, No. Recovery mode is not a full macOS install, and it's not one you can install the Jamf agent on, so your best option here is what @junjishimazaki suggests - talk the user through erasing the Mac and re-installing macOS so it'll do a DEP/ADE re-enroll (if you're not using DEP/ADE you'll have to walk them through enrolling with your JSS)
