Our school district is running PaperCut MF 17.1.3. We have one primary print server that houses our PaperCut server in our Central Office and then each building has its own secondary print server that talks to that primary server. I recently ran Recon (Version 9.96) on one of those secondary print servers and now no one is able to print anywhere in that particular building. I consulted with our copier/printer reseller EAKES and also with our PaperCut support (ACDI) and they think the issue might be a port conflict of some kind. I'm not sure how to proceed on clearing a port conflict ....any help would be greatly appreciated!
