Turn on Magnifier on iOS

Is there a way to enable the accessibility feature Magnifier on an iOS device?

I'm not seeing that option available in an iOS Configuration Profile which would definitely be our avenue of doing that on a mobile device. Probably a Feature Request sent to Apple to give Jamf an MDM hook into that setting.
