Anyone have any luck installing Biopython with a script?

I have to install Biopython in our lab spaces, I tried installing with the following script but it has failed for me. !/bin/sh easy_install pippip install biopython

I am using the following Script. The license accept part works but it does not download the additional tools. On the JSS it says that they installed on the base path but when a user launches Xcode it prompts for the admin password to download the too...

Configuration profile & policy set to one local account

Is there a way that I can set a configuration profile and a policy to one local account? We want to create sort of a kiosk mode local account on our macs, but not effect the other user accounts on the Macs.
