I also read you can look at or get the Jamf Protect uninstaller package, from the console. Then you can also look at the /Library/LaunchAgents for the respective Jamf Protect agent.

To add a small snippet of info, there are threads in Jamf Nation that will shed some light on how to fully remove jamf from your system. Hint, removal can be done using the jamf binary. Best of Luck!
