I know it's just a visual thing but iPads that have been focused that
have apps in folders end up being greyed out. Is there a way to not have

what is the best practice on deploying SBAC? There is not a pkg
installer (I think the app is a .app installer) and when I packaged it
myself it dropped it in the root folder and not the applications folder.
