Need some advice. I have a remote Macbook Pro that is not checking into
Jamf, but is getting the new Configuration Profile settings pushed onto
it. The user is reporting that the computer is online and accessing the
Internet. What can be wrong?
I need to enable FileVault 2 on all of the Macs. Is there a good how-to
on doing this? Is there a way to have a company-owned decryption key
that can unlock the FV2 encrypted Macbook when the employee leaves and
we don't have the user password?
We had a new Macbook that we enrolled before handing to the end-user.
The end-user used Migration Assistant to migrated his data from his hold
Macbook to the new one. Now the Jamf admin account which was hidden is
now exposed and shows up on the sign...
Is there a way to save a designed enrollment message so that we don't
have to retype all the text each time we want to send out the enrollment
by invitation e-mail?
We are also having this issue with MacOS 11.2.3 and 11.3. Configuration
Profiles which have worked in the past, are now failing, on a newly
wiped M1 Macbook. Does anyone have any workaround?
Looks like JAMF did some maintenance this morningJamf Maintenance - JAMF
Pro - Standard: 10.21 Upgrade for us-west-2 - 9 May 2020and it magically
resolved our Patch Management issue.
