My Logs seem to be showing that all tasks are completing. I though it might be the service account too, I tried re-adding them as well as making sure the accounts were not locked in AD but still doesn't seem to be working.

I've never used smart groups for anything before, this is quite useful, thanks for the help! This solves my issue.

Thanks for the help, I guess we haven't purchased it yet but we likely will. Thanks for the note about 2016, I think we are on SCCM 2012 though, I'll have to talk with our SCCM admin about that but he's been bugging me for a solution to this.
