Our network team have made some changes to the Palo Alto and now Mac App Store images aren't loading.
All we get are placeholders
They've allowed the 17.0.0.0/8 range but it appears that the images are hosted elsewhere.
Does anyone know what else we need to unblock to resolve?
Thanks
Al

As suspected, the apps themselves and text are hosted with Apple but the images are still using Akamai.

Not sure, but wire shark would tell you if you run it on a Mac while launching the App Store.

Hi, please can you advise how to fix it. Have exactly the same problem as you above, however, when connecting via ethernet, all images load. I can see the images are hosted at http://a1.mzstatic.com...

@dnx im assuming you will have different web filtering and/or firewall rules in place in wireless and wired connections.
You will need to look at the rules that are set up and change them to allow the traffic.
