Outlook crashing on startup

I'm having some trouble with Microsoft Outlook and the Google Chrome.
Both app quit right after they are opened.

Follow the troubleshooting done about the Microsoft Outlook:

• Removed the device (iMac or Macbook) from the Jamf Management; • Uninstalled Symantec and DLP; • Removed .reg files form the microsoft Office, located at the current user profile > Library > Group Containers > UBF8T346G9.Office > MicrosoftRegistrationDB.reg; • Removed the Main Profile form the Microsoft Outlook.app and created a new one, located at: Applications > Microsoft Outlook.app > Contents > SharedSupport > Outlook Profile Manager; • Installed a new supplemental update of MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G95) released on 08/26/19.

All the previous tests were done at all the versions of the Microsoft Outlook bellow:

• 16.26.19060901 • 16.27.19071500 • 16.28.19081202 • 16.29.19073002 • 16.29.19090802

On Google Chrome the problem happened on versions 76.0.3809.132, 76.0.3809.100, 77.0.3865.75, the solution was to downgrade Google Chrome to version 74.0.3729.169.

All of our devices presents exactly the same problems and they are found in MacOS Mojave 10.14.6 (18G94)
I tested the apps with Mac OS Mojave 10.14.4 and there was no problem at all.

In some of the cases that I removed the mac from Jamf, Outlook came back to work in any version. I had no problems for three weeks, no changes to Jamf's policies and configuration profiles.

Has anyone had the same problem? All help will be appreciated.

I had this same issue (Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS) and Outlook would crash. For us, it was caused by Symantec DLP for Mac. The SIP monitoring was causing Outlook to crash a moment after launch. Uninstalling DLP resolved it for us. Also only some DLP features are supported in macOS 10.14.6.
