VPP bought apps removed from iTunes Store

I am getting alot of reporting in my log file stating this message

[ERROR] [duledPool-7] [VppServiceHelper ] - Error managing licenses. ErrorNumber: 9628 , ErrorMessage:License not eligible for device assignment.

Anyone here have a way to identify this removed app ?? I have over 466 apps in my school district Self Service.

Try turning debug logging on as well as SQL statements, you may get better data.. Let us know!
