Maybe I'm missing something straightforward, but whenever I edit any
details (computer names, user name, location) the change does not stick.
The field always reverts back to the pre-edited state. Anybody else
experienced this? We're running 9.97.

Thank you for responding David. I've established the cause and rectified
it now - my colleague had deployed via a policy applied to a smart
group. The criteria needed tweaking to include the affected Macs.
@thoule That sounds promising - does it only work with CC or will it
scan for earlier versions? @scottb I've done that - as with your screen
grab there's lots of gaps, does that mean that the programmes are
installed but the version isn't attainable,...
