And what's really weird now is that I chose Reload on the Store menu
inside the App Store and it fixes itself. We're checking with the client
who reported the problem initially to see if it's fixed for them too.
Unfortunately the fix I thought was working isn't. The only thing that
does work is uninstalling SEP but that's unfortunately not an option for
us. I'll continue testing and report back if I have any lasting success.
