Is there a way to lock access to the passcodes on an ipad? We do not want students to see any options in passcode. Students are setting passcodes or are being locked out trying to enter passcodes. I do not see this option in configuration profiles.

Our highschool purchased 125 license codes for Splashtop through the VPP. The app did not install on some of the iPads but the JSS shows the code as redeemed. How can we get this app installed on the iPads?

If the app will still be used with the same Apple ID that 'purchased" it when it was free, you can install these from the App store from the Purchased tab. Configurator see them as an Ap that is not free so they can not be install with Configurator.

CBrewer - thank you. By unchecking the devices in DEP and erasing all content and setting we are now able to prepare the devices.
