12.6, and unchecked/rechecked Remote Management under System Preferences

Hi Bol, I've done exactly that. I enabled Remote Management locally on
the machines before deployment. I found out when I was trying to remote
connect to upgrade OSes, that I was getting black screen.
I have the same issue but don't use MDM. My ARD source iMac is intel
running macOS 12.6; My ARD target is M1 running macOS 12.2.1; When I try
Observe or Control, all I get is a black screen, but ARD shows that the
computer is on Login Window.
